Choose an available time online, prepay your appointment, and meet in person in Doral or by Zoom. There is no required package or subscription.
You book an appointment and pay for that appointment. You are never asked to select between Discovery, Transformation, or Integration as products.
Those names describe the general shape of the work, not what you buy. The number and frequency of appointments can vary according to your goals and response, and we discuss those recommendations openly.

We discuss what brings you in, answer questions, and, when appropriate, begin hypnosis.
Why I recommend a second appointment
After an initial hypnosis session, I strongly recommend a follow-up within 72 hours. We review your response between sessions: sleep, emotions, changes in patterns, or anything unexpected or uncomfortable. This helps me assess whether and how we should continue.
You may decide not to book the follow-up. There is no obligation to purchase it. If you want further hypnosis sessions afterward, I will need an appropriate review of your response before proceeding.
Each appointment is booked and paid for separately at $150. A recommended follow-up does not constitute a prepaid two-session package.
Does one appointment cost $150 even if I never return?
Yes. One 50-minute appointment is $150. You pay for it when booking. Additional visits are your choice.
Do I need to buy a program?
No. Discovery, Transformation, and Integration describe the clinical journey, not billing plans. There are no mandatory packages or subscriptions.
Will I need many appointments?
That varies. Some people choose occasional visits, while others benefit from a period of concentrated work followed by less frequent follow-ups. I will explain my recommendation and its reasons; you choose what to schedule.
What if I have not been medically evaluated?
Please obtain appropriate medical evaluation for unexplained, new, or worsening symptoms. This service is hypnotherapy for associated stress and learned responses, not an evaluation or treatment of disease.
Can I reschedule or request a refund?
Appointments are prepaid and session payments are nonrefundable. Consult the booking page for the applicable scheduling and rescheduling terms before completing payment. For practical booking questions, call the practice.
Important distinction
Despite the term medical hypnotherapy, these appointments are hypnotherapy services, not medical visits, medical diagnosis or treatment, psychological care, or psychotherapy. The focus is stress, distress, and learned responses associated with health challenges. They complement rather than replace appropriate professional care.
